This is more of a note to myself, but be aware, if you go to this resource for self-publishing you will spend an hour or more. The site lists more than fifty references for you to use to get the most out of your self-publishing efforts. 

For instance, the stock photography sites alone will be worth the time savings.

It's amazing that so many resources are categorized and are basically free.
