4396508 Whirlpool Water Filter Review

Earlier this spring, we found ourselves needing a refrigerator. We looked high and low and found a great one from the Maytag store. It had the freezer on the bottom and a very large door on the top for the refrigerator. It's all stainless and features a couple of very cool features. The neatest feature is the filtered water and ice.

The filter is unlike one you've seen as it screws into the filter assembly instead of snapping in. This forms a total seal so you know that the water is filtered properly.

When our water quit working we assumed the worst, but it turned out we needed a new filter. What we needed was a new Whirlpool 4396508 Water Filter. We ordered it, it came quickly and installed easily.

Bing, bang, boom and we now have very clean water again.
