Think about this, if you want to drop one pound of fat in your body you’ll need to burn 3500 calories.
For a person to do this you’ll need to exercise:
- 4 hours of biking.
- 12 hours of walking.
- 4.5 hours of tennis.
- 50 hours of sleeping.
Just think, if you dropped 100 calories a day from your diet you could avoid having to lose the weight.
